RN Home Visits

  • 1 pre-op visit & 1 post-op visit

  • Daily virtual check-ins

  • Weekly virtual follow-ups 

  • Unlimited virtual RN support

  • Up to 2 hours of RN hands on support

RN Hourly Care

  • Early Recovery Support 

  • Pre-op visit to go over care and home evaluation

  • Includes medication management, wound care and recovery support

  • Full day to round-the-clock support by a trained licensed RN

NA Hourly Care 

  • 12 - 24 hours of NA support 

  • Providing personal care and mobility support

  • Daily virtual check-ins
